================ Update to my review. ================ I would like to thank Yaman for his tremendous initiative in calling me to check on my case (the old review below). I am impressed by his professionalism, which shows great respect, and I appreciate it very much. In the previous session, my queries were not fully addressed probably because I was not assigned to their in-Canada immigration specialist. Yaman offered a session for speaking with their specialist and a re-fund so, I want to thank you very much for being awesome, Yaman. ================ My old review. ================ My queries during the session are not fully answered. The office should have prepared much better to answer customers questions related to immigration in Canada. I appreciate your respect and kindness, but I believe the office needs to have better immigration specialists to be ready to answer questions on the spot during the session, given that the session costs a lot 149$USD.
