I used Marwah Legal firm for the sale of my condo in Ottawa in May 2025 (the Hideaway at 360 McLeod St). It was the least expensive firm I could find. Under $500 (but I had no mortgage, so could be just as bit higher if you have a mortgage). Although they were the least expensive, they were TOP NOTCH in their personal service and execution of the sale. Zero hassles. Done remotely -- all documents signed online, without a glitch or technical hurdles -- just open and start clicking. I was done in 2 minutes. Thank you Yaman Marwah and team! Splendid job.
